Well, the first few days of the 12wbt have been amazing! I'm feeling so positive & pumped!
Did my fitness test yesterday (Tuesday) & was really happy with the results - although I can't wait to see how much I improve over the next 12 weeks.
The results of my fitness test were:
1 km time trial - 6:03
Pushups - 29
Abs - Stage 1 - I know this is my major weakness, so lots of room for improvement
Wall sit - 1:01 - that hurt!
Sit & reach - -2 - Another weakness, as I have lower back issues, but hopefully that will improve over the next 12 weeks
Today was also weigh-in day & I'm pleased to say I've lost 1.2kg since Monday.
So I'd say I've got off to a great start - let's hope it continues that way.

Why Can't It Always Be This Easy?
Today has been a great day!
It started with a 6km jog this morning followed by a very healthy breakfast.
Throughout the day my food choices & portion sizes have been excellent.
I have drank heaps of water.
I feel so positive & focussed today.
Why can't every day be like this?

My Committment
In the past couple of years I have lost approx. 20kg & become a keen runner. I have participated in several 5 & 10 km fun runs and even completed 3 half-marathons. But I know I can do better & I want to do better. I want to be fitter, healthier & faster. I will never break any speed records but I know there is room for huge improvement!
So my commitment to you, Mish, to my family and to myself is this:
I am committed to shedding another 20 - 25kg. Yes, it will take me longer than the 12 weeks, but I WILL do it! And I am committed to shedding the blood, sweat & tears needed to achieve this.
All the best to everyone in their committment! :)
